Alan has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background that includes roles in claims adjusting, reinsurance claims management, underwriting for a Lloyd’s of London syndicate, and marketing. After relocating to the United States, he began consulting with TPAs, developing plan designs tailored to organizational needs. For the past 20 years, Alan has managed his insurance agency, focusing on program development and the creation of insured solutions.

Cathy has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, with expertise in healthcare start ups, digital health, product and program development, consumer research, and emerging industry trends. She is co founder and CEO of Parallel Profile, a digital pharmacogenetics platform that matches an individual’s medications to their DNA. Her consulting work has supported numerous innovative healthcare organizations, helping bring new solutions to market for employers, consumers, physicians, and hospitals. Her background spans operational development, market strategy, and the advancement of new healthcare offerings.

Cheryl brings more than 30 years of executive level administrative and operational experience to the Association. She oversees key administrative policies and procedures, manages day to day operations, and plays a central role in account planning and ongoing account maintenance. Cheryl ensures compliance at both the company and state level and coordinates vendor onboarding and implementation processes. She also provides continued oversight and support for accounts after launch. Her background includes administrative operations, compliance, and vendor management.

Dawna has extensive experience in legislative, regulatory, and administrative operations. She began her career in the Arizona State Senate supporting work on the Commerce, Labor, Insurance, and Banking Committee and later served as a lobbyist for insurance organizations. She also became the youngest director of a state agency in Arizona, gaining significant insight into regulatory compliance and state codes. With a background in journalism, she has developed clear and effective communication materials for multiple industries. Her experience spans regulatory oversight, policy interpretation, and organizational operations.

Gail has more than 50 years of experience in the Life and Health markets, with deep expertise in association administration and member program development. Since 1990, she has focused on supporting Associations by creating and managing medical, financial, and wellness education programs designed to enhance member resources and overall well being. Gail maintains offices in Plano, Texas, and provides consulting services to multiple Associations, offering guidance on operations, compliance, and member program strategy.

Jill has over 15 years of experience in creative marketing, project management, and business development, with a proven ability to support organizational growth. She is known for her strategic thinking, adaptability, and collaborative approach, consistently helping organizations strengthen communication, branding, and member engagement. Her background includes extensive work in strategic planning and organizational development.

John is an entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience leading and developing business ventures, with a strong background in sales and marketing. He founded and operated one of the largest seminar companies in the country before transitioning into the banking industry, where he has spent the past 35 years. His experience spans business development, organizational leadership, and long term operational management.

Malcalm brings more than 25 years of senior level experience in sales, marketing, and insurance, with a strong record of developing effective strategies and guiding organizations through complex challenges. He is known for his ability to drive sustainable, long term results and foster meaningful professional relationships. In addition to his industry background, he owns a mental wellness company, reflecting his commitment to innovative thinking and community impact.

Tom has over 55 years of experience in the insurance industry, including serving as Senior Executive Vice President of Great Southern Life Insurance Company and President of both Southwestern Life Insurance Company and Pioneer National Life Insurance Company. He also spent more than a decade as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Finance at the University of Texas at Arlington. His background includes extensive executive management experience and long standing involvement in charitable and community organizations.
